From the earliest age, Courtney was fascinated with business. Modeling after his father, a government accountant, he earned his accounting degree then landed a role on a government contract.  Then a stint at a GovCon corporate HQ gave him a bird’s eye view of the business ecosystem where he learned that solid financial systems are the bedrock for sustainable growth.  

Courtney believes that rock-solid accounting is fundamental to the success of every government contractor. It’s not just an accounting system…it’s a way of doing business. Compliance, ethics and integrity will pave the road to gold standard business practices. And that will help a Contractor rise to best-in-class and stand out above its competitors.
